Biography
Grant Garcia grew up in Colorado Springs, the mustache growing capitol for the United States Air Force. His father wore three mustaches, all of which his mother devotedly supported. Even though this sort of facial hair was seen as illustrious at the time, it was hard work to keep growing. However, his father's strong work ethic kept him from ever failing to maintain that which was a necessary facial highlight.
From then on, Grant's mother had a dream—a dream that Grant shared—that Grant grow up to become a successful mustache business man. Inspired by his father's character, Grant was able to cultivate an impressive mustache at a young age, and received a master's degree in mustanics from Colgate University.
Grant Returned to Colorado energized, and after a series of successful ventures, including the opening of his Facial Hair Express chain, sitting on the District Six Mustache Improvement League for three terms, and winning the 2010 Mustache Challenge. Soon after these victories, Garcia built a monument to commemorate his father's three mustaches.
Today, over 3,000 visitors enjoy picnics and frolicking under the so called, "largest stone stache in the West" each day. And as for Grant, he's still doing what he does best: Inspiring the mustaches of tomorrow.

Other candidates for the championship simply don't compare. Grant has shown an unmatched level of facial hair experience in the past. Now, he wants to build a furry, handlebar shaped bridge to the future. A worry-free future for mustaches. A future that we can all share.
